对比了连铸机二冷区在常规水量及强冷水量下,Q345B钢连铸坯边角部裂纹发生的情况。利用MSC Marc2013、Thermal-Calc模拟软件计算了连铸过程中铸坯边角部温度变化的趋势、相变温度点和析出物析出温度,使用金相显微镜和透射电镜对不同水量生产的铸坯中的组织、析出物等进行了观察,分析了强冷对铸坯边角部组织和析出物的影响,及其对铸坯表面边角裂纹的影响。
The situation of corner crack of Q345B steel slab was compared under the condition of normal water quantity and strong cold water in the second cold zone of continuous casting machine. Using MSC Marc2013, Thermal-Calc simulation software to calculate the casting billet corner temperature changes during the casting process, the phase transition temperature and precipitation temperature, the use of metallographic and transmission electron microscopy of different water production slab The effects of cooling on the microstructure and precipitates in the corner of the slab and its effect on the corner cracks on the slab surface were analyzed.
