学校是我国教育国民和培养人才的重要场所,对整个社会的发展进步有着独特重要的影响。有些学校在建立之初,有着相似的教学条件,相近的发展战略,但是最终的结果却是迥异。我们深究它的原因,不难发现,归根到底是学校的执行力不同。学校管理的执行力就是学校的全体成员在所有环节,所有阶段,保质保量地完成任务的能力。执行力不强,具体表现为没有达成之前的共同愿景,构建了时效性差的制度,管理者执行不到位,管理监控者工作不力。本文主要阐述在学校地管理过程之中,影响执行力地主要因素以及一些关于如何提升学校管理执行力的策略。
The school is an important place for educating our people and nurturing talents in our country and has a unique and important influence on the development and progress of the entire society. Some schools at the beginning of their establishment have similar teaching conditions and similar development strategies, but the final result is very different. When we look into the reasons for it, it is not hard to find that in the final analysis, the execution power of schools is different. The execution of school management is the ability of all members of the school to accomplish their tasks in all stages, all stages and with quality and quantity.
