目的:研究昌都锦鸡儿根茎木质部心材的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱分离技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的波谱数据和理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果:从昌都锦鸡儿根茎木质部心材中分离纯化得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:苦参素(1)、(6aR,11aR)-3-羟基-4,9-二甲氧基紫檀烷(2)、(-)-4-methoxymaackiain(3)、(-)-homopterocarpin(4)、2,4-二甲氧基苯甲酸(5)、2-甲氧基-4-乙氧基苯甲酸(6)、3-乙酰基齐墩果酸(7)、7-羟基-2,3-二甲基色原酮(8)、甘草素(9)、β-谷甾醇(10)。结论:其中,化合物1、3、5、7、8为首次从该属植物中分离得到,所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of the xylem heartwood from Caragana microphylla. Methods: A variety of column chromatography was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures were identified based on the spectral data and physical and chemical properties of the compounds. Results: Ten compounds were isolated and purified from the xylem heartwood of Caragana microphylla, and identified as: (1), (6aR, 11aR) -3-hydroxy-4,9- (-) - homomeocarpin (4), 2,4-dimethoxybenzoic acid (5), 2-methoxy-4-ethoxybenzoic acid 6), 3-acetyl oleanolic acid (7), 7-hydroxy-2,3-dimethylchromone (8), liquiritigenin (9) and beta-sitosterol (10). Conclusion: Among them, compounds 1, 3, 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and all the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
