一部分鱼类,尤其是鲑科鱼类雌雄成熟期相差几周时间,因而给种苗生产带来一定困难。为解决这一问题,同时也为了进行异种间杂交技术的研究,开发简便易行的鱼类精子的保存方法,便成为一个重要和现实的课题。精子低温保存方法的研究自40年代以来一直在不断地进行,但鲑科鱼类的精子大都在保存10天前后便失去运动和受精能力。本次试验,成功地将虹鳟精子保存了50天以上。下面将这种方法向读者做一介绍。
Some fish species, especially salmonids, have a few weeks of maturation between the male and the female, causing some difficulties in seed production. To solve this problem, but also for the study of hybridization between different species, it is an important and realistic task to develop an easy-to-save fish sperm preservation method. Studies of sperm cryopreservation have been underway since the 1940s, but most salmon sperm loses exercise and fertility before and after 10 days of storage. In this experiment, rainbow trout sperm was successfully preserved for more than 50 days. Here’s an introduction to this method to the reader.
