玉米株型遗传属于数量遗传,在进行这种数量遗传研究中所获得的数据是很多的,处理数据是一项繁重的、重复性的工作。本文的目的是提供玉米株型遗传研究中的计算机程序,为了能在微型台式计算机上进行计算,全部程序由BASIC语言写成。程序分为三部分:方差分析和F检验部分;一般配合力和特殊配合力效应分析部分;配合力效应值间差异检验部分。文中对玉米株型遗传中的数学模型进行了简要说明,给出了全部数学计算和打印表格的BASIC程序,只要改变程序中的原始数据,本程序可给出1956年Griffing提出的双列轮交设计的全部计算。所编程序:PROG U,PROG R,PROG Z在BX—1机上通过。
Maize plant type inheritance is quantitatively inherited. There is a lot of data obtained in conducting this quantitative genetic study. Processing data is a heavy and repetitive task. The purpose of this article is to provide a computer program in the study of plant type in maize. The entire program was written in the BASIC language in order to be able to perform calculations on a miniature desktop computer. The procedure is divided into three parts: analysis of variance and F test; general combining ability and special combining ability effect analysis part; combining force effect difference checking part. In this paper, the mathematical model of maize plant type is briefly described. The BASIC program for all mathematical calculation and printing forms is given. As long as the original data in the program is changed, this program can give the double row turn proposed by Griffing in 1956 Design of the full calculation.
