目的观察宫颈鳞癌组织中E-cadherin和claudin-1蛋白的表达情况,探讨其关系及临床意义。方法收集90例宫颈鳞癌标本作为实验组,50例慢性宫颈炎标本作为对照组,应用免疫组织化学技术检测二组中E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达,探讨其关系及临床意义。结果宫颈鳞癌中E-cadherin表达的阳性率明显低于宫颈炎组织(P<0.05),claudin-1表达的阳性率明显高于宫颈炎组织(P<0.05),E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达与临床分期、浸润程度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),宫颈鳞癌中E-cadherin和claudin-1的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论 E-cadherin和claudin-1在宫颈鳞癌的发生发展中具有重要作用,联合检测E-cadherin和claudin-1可能与宫颈鳞癌的预后密切相关。
Objective To observe the expression of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and to explore their relationship and clinical significance. Methods Ninety specimens of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were collected as experimental group and 50 cases of chronic cervicitis as control group. The expressions of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in the two groups were detected by immunohistochemistry, and their relationship and clinical significance were also explored. Results The positive rate of E-cadherin expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that in cervicitis (P <0.05), the positive rate of claudin-1 expression was significantly higher than that in cervicitis (P <0.05), while E-cadherin and claudin-1 (P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of E-cadherin and claudin-1 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (P <0.05). Conclusions E-cadherin and claudin-1 play an important role in carcinogenesis and progression of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Combined detection of E-cadherin and claudin-1 may be closely related to the prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
