人才是企业发展的重要根基,缺少了可用的人才,再多的资金,再好的设备,再先进的技术也无法得到应用,也无法给企业带来好的效益。对企业技术人才的培养不仅应体现在人员的数量上,更重要的是体现在人员的素质上。客观分析企业技术人才的现状,我们发现,一般国有企业在人才方面存在的问题,在我们企业也不同程度地存在,如人才结构不尽合理、留人用人机制有待完善、人才管理制度需要健全等。为构筑公司技术人才高地,早日实现企业经营战略,创新人才评价和使用机制、建立人才培养机制、完善人才激励机制是我们下一步工作重点的重要内容。企业技术人才培养的对策:加强培训工作的管理,丰富培训内容;完善考核激励制度;完善沟通交流机制;营造科技创新氛围。
Talent is an important foundation for the development of an enterprise. There is a lack of available personnel, more capital, no matter how good the equipment, advanced technology can not be applied, nor can it bring good benefits to the enterprise. The training of enterprise technical personnel should not only be reflected in the number of personnel, more importantly, reflected in the quality of personnel. Objectively analyzing the current situation of enterprise technical personnel, we find that the problems existing in the general state-owned enterprises in terms of talents exist to varying degrees in our enterprises. For example, the structure of talents is not reasonable, the system of employing people remains to be improved, the system of personnel management needs to be sound, etc. . It is an important content of our next step to build the company’s technological talent high ground, realize the business strategy as soon as possible, innovate the talent evaluation and use mechanism, establish the talent cultivation mechanism and improve the talent incentive mechanism. The countermeasures for cultivating technical personnel of enterprises: Strengthen the management of training work, enrich the training content; improve the examination and incentive system; improve the communication and exchange mechanism; and create a scientific and technological innovation atmosphere.
