职业生涯设计,是指对决定一个人职业生涯的主观因素进行分析、总结和测定,确定一个人的事业奋斗目标,并选择实现这一事业目标的职业,编制相应的工作、教育和培训的行动计划,对每一步骤的时间、顺序和方向做出合理的安排。同时,随着我国职业教育的不断发展,近年来,中职学院加强了对学生职业生涯规划的重视和监管力度,积极为学生创造各种优良条件,但是,在思想政治教育对中职学生职业生涯规划还存在一定的影响,本文就中职学生职业生涯规划中存在的问题进行分析研究,并给出相应的对策,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。 Career design refers to the analysis of the subjective factors that determine a person’s career, summarizing and measuring, determining a person’s career goals, and choosing the career to achieve the goal of the career, compiling corresponding work, education and training actions Plan to make reasonable arrangements for the timing, sequence and direction of each step.
