某高架桥采用单箱四室简支钢箱梁方案,分两幅桥上跨绕城高速公路,钢箱跨径为50m,梁重达805.6t。针对施工区域交通复杂、施工范围受限、箱梁跨径大及梁段重量大等特点,对该桥的施工关键技术进行研究。钢箱梁施工采用分段预制、运输、起吊及安装的顺序进行,支撑形式采用钢管格构柱与满堂支架相结合的方案,同时对高架线路下的交通流进行导改。施工实践表明,钢箱梁分段预制、现场安装的方案有效地解决了跨线高架钢箱梁桥的施工难点,该工艺确保了施工过程的安全性和成桥线形。
A viaduct with a single box of four-story simple supported steel box girder program, divided into two bridges across the Ring Expressway, steel span of 50m, beam weight of 805.6t. In view of the complex traffic conditions in the construction area, the limited construction scope, the large span of the box girder and the heavy weight of the beam section, the key construction technology of the bridge is studied. The steel box girder construction is carried out in the order of section prefabrication, transportation, lifting and installation. The supporting form adopts the combination of steel pipe lattice column and full support, and at the same time it guides the traffic flow under the overhead line. The construction practice shows that the prefabrication of steel box girder by sections and the on-site installation scheme can effectively solve the construction difficulties of overhead viaduct steel box girder bridge, which ensures the safety of the construction process and the alignment of the bridge.
