大口径管道顶管施工属高风险作业,顶进施工难度大、事故率高,在复杂地质条件下施工,难度将进一步增加。针对目前国内长距离大口径岩石地层顶管施工工程的失败原因,从设计、施工和管理3个方面阐述了管道顶管穿越应注意的问题:紧密结合国内外顶管设备水平和施工能力,加强地质勘察,实时总结施工风险,制定预防措施,最终优化顶管设计方案,主要考虑竖井施工和顶管施工因素可能造成的不良影响,根据施工实际完善设计方案,加强业主单位和施工单位的管理,完善标准规范,强化辅助试验研究。研究结果可以为国内长距离大口径岩石地层顶管施工提供参考。
Large-diameter pipe jacking construction is a high-risk operation, jacking construction is difficult, the accident rate is high, the construction in complex geological conditions, the difficulty will be further increased. Aiming at the failure reasons of jacking construction project of long distance large-diameter rock strata in China at present, the problems that should be noticed when designing jacking pipe jacking are described from three aspects of design, construction and management: the combination of jacking equipment and construction ability both at home and abroad, Geological survey, real-time summary of construction risks, the development of preventive measures, the final optimization of pipe jacking design, the main consideration of shaft construction and pipe jacking construction may cause adverse effects, according to the construction of the actual design, strengthen the owners and construction units management, Improve the standard, strengthen the auxiliary experimental research. The research results can provide a reference for the jacking construction of long-distance large-diameter rock strata in China.
