我们省粮食局机关档案室成立于一九五二年。三十多年来,由于局领导对档案工作的一贯重视和支持,使我们比较完整地收集和保存了本局所有的档案资料。除一九七○年以前的档案已移交省档案馆外,现保存有一九七○年以后的档案一千五百多卷,和各种有关的期刊书报资料。为了用好用活这些档案资料,使其在为机关工作服务,为经济建设服务中发挥更大的作用,我们注意处理好“保密”和“利用”的关系, Our Provincial Bureau of Grain Office file was established in 1952. For more than three decades, due to the consistent attention and support given by the Bureau leadership to archival work, we have collected and preserved all the archives of this Council more completely. Except that files before 1970 have been handed over to the Provincial Archives, there are now archived more than 1500 volumes of documents after 1970, as well as a variety of related periodicals and periodicals. In order to make good use of these archives and materials so that they serve the work of organs and play a greater role in economic construction and service, we pay attention to handling the relationship between “secrecy” and “utilization”
