研究了以甲苯、氯气为原料,在光催化条件下反应的产物分布规律。该项目研究是工业连续催化蒸馏技术应用的化学动力学基础。根据动力学基本方程并经合理简化,进行了甲苯、氯气反应体系的有关理论推导,得出了该反应体系的动力学方程,列出了可能的影响因素,并进行了实验研究。结果表明,甲苯光氯化反应可表示为一典型的拟一级反应动力学方程,并由实验验证了一氯苄的产物分布方程。反应温度不是影响该反应体系选择性的关键因素。不同反应温度下的参数K值,已由实验测定。
The distribution of products reacted with toluene and chlorine as raw materials under photocatalytic conditions was studied. This project study is the chemical kinetic basis for the application of continuous catalytic distillation in industry. According to the basic equations of kinetics and reasonably simplified, the theoretical derivation of the reaction system of toluene and chlorine was carried out. The kinetic equation of the reaction system was obtained, the possible influencing factors were listed and the experimental research was carried out. The results show that toluene photochlorination reaction can be expressed as a typical pseudo-first-order kinetic equation, and the product distribution equation of monochlorobenzyl is validated experimentally. The reaction temperature is not critical to the selectivity of the reaction system. Different reaction temperature parameters K value, has been determined experimentally.
