CICC导体的压降是设计及应用过程中的重要问题。为了研究CFETR CS模型线圈NbTi的管内流体阻力性能,对模型线圈的NbTi导体进行了实验和理论的分析。压降实验采用氮气作为流体工质,测试不同流量下,导体的进出口压降。理论分析采用一种一维模型描述双通道流体,引用电缆区域及中心孔区域的摩擦因数描述流道阻力进行计算,并与测试结果作分析比较,为实际应用中的氦流体在导体中的稳态流动阻力计算提供了一种理论方法。
CICC conductor pressure drop is an important issue in the design and application process. In order to study the fluid resistance of NbTi coil in the CFETR CS model coil, the experimental and theoretical analysis of NbTi conductor in the model coil was carried out. The pressure drop experiment uses nitrogen as the fluid working fluid, and tests the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet of the conductor under different flow rates. Theoretical analysis uses a one-dimensional model to describe the dual-channel fluid, the reference cable area and the center hole area friction coefficient describes the flow resistance calculation, and with the test results for analysis and comparison for the practical application of helium fluid in the conductor stability State flow resistance calculation provides a theoretical method.
