Archivists should establish the concept of big file, big market and big service; establish the correct concept of benefit; and establish the concept of “taking possession of both”. Think about how archives departments and staff can further change their concepts in order to demonstrate the value of archives and the importance of archival work and promote the continuous development of archival work in schools.
