当前,中国改革已进入深水区,如何应对各种类型的公共危机是转型期中国面临的严峻挑战。在应对公共危机的过程中,媒体的作用已经越来越重要。媒体在参与公共危机事件中,呈现出了主体、信息来源渠道和功能的多元化趋势。公共危机治理的新模式能够充分保障媒体参与并发挥其作用,为此,就必须在“一案三制”的框架中,重点建设政府和媒体的应急信息协调机制。 At present, China’s reform has entered the deep-water area. How to deal with various types of public crises is a serious challenge that China faces in the transition period. In the process of coping with the public crisis, the role of the media has become more and more important. When participating in the public crisis, the media showed a diversified trend of the main body, channels of information sources and functions. The new model of public crisis management can fully guarantee the participation of the media and play its role. To this end, we must focus on building a coordination mechanism for emergency information between the government and the media in the framework of “one case, three systems ”.
