针对某钢厂板坯连铸结晶器的结构参数,建立了描述结晶器内钢液流动的三维数学模型,用Fluent软件对结晶器内钢液流动行为和夹杂物运动行为进行了模拟,分析了不同颗粒直径,不同颗粒密度,不同颗粒数量及不同加入位置对夹杂物上浮的影响.研究结果表明,夹杂物的轨迹与钢液的流线图相似;夹杂物颗粒数量对去除率影响不大;夹杂物密度为3500kg/m3、直径为400μm时可以完全去除;密度较小且靠近浸入式水口壁面的夹杂物易被除去.
Aiming at the structural parameters of slab continuous casting mold in a steel mill, a three-dimensional mathematical model describing the flow of molten steel in the mold was established. The flow behavior and the movement of inclusions in the mold were simulated by Fluent software. The effects of different particle diameters, different particle densities, different particle numbers and different positions on the floating of inclusions were studied.The results show that the trajectories of inclusions are similar to those of the liquid steel, and the number of inclusions has little effect on the removal rate. Impurity density of 3500kg / m3, the diameter of 400μm can be completely removed; less density and near the surface of the immersion nozzle inclusions easily removed.
