裂解C_9是乙烯装置的副产,产量很大,对其研究具有重要的经济意义。实验测定裂解C_9汽液平衡数据,计算各组分之间相对挥发度,以确定精馏过程分离条件;测定裂解C_9与溶剂之间汽液平衡数据,计算各主要组分之间的相对挥发度,通过气质联用色谱法分析实验结果,对比分析不同溶剂对相对挥发度的影响,筛选出甘油作为裂解C_9萃取精馏实验的最佳溶剂。本文研究为进一步放大实验、裂解C_9的精馏预处理及萃取精馏提取C_9馏分提供依据。
Pyrolysis C_9 ethylene plant by-product, a large yield, its research has important economic significance. The C_9 vapor-liquid equilibrium data were analyzed experimentally to calculate the relative volatility between the components to determine the separation conditions of the distillation process. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data between the C_9 and the solvent were measured to calculate the relative volatility The results of GC-MS analysis were compared with those of different solvents on the relative volatility. Glycerol was screened out as the best solvent for C_9 extractive distillation. This study provides the basis for further amplification experiments, pretreatment of pyrolysis C_9 and extraction of C_9 fraction by extractive distillation.
