中南区各钨矿选厂,一年来在技术上与管理上都有很大的改进。其主要内容有以下五方面:一、选矿流程的进一步合理化:第一钨矿、第七钨矿、第十二钨矿等选厂,在不同程度上实行了“贫富分选”、提前丢尾砂等措施后,处理能力扩大30%左右,相应地提高了回收率;在原矿品位下降的情况下,有效地保证了生产住务的完成。第九钨矿选厂加强了重选,使重浮选联合流程合理化,第十钨矿、第十五钨矿等选厂也都在充实与改进选矿流程方面获得了很大的成效。二、加强有用矿物的综合回收:第二钨矿选厂继磁选收回铋矿后,优先浮铋试验成功,解决了黄铁矿与辉铋矿的分离问题。其他如第十四钨矿、第八钨矿等单位,都相继建立了浮选工段,以回收尾矿中的钼、铜、铋等有用矿物。
