综合利用遥感信息和地面观测资料,研究建立了适合内蒙古自治区特点的干旱遥感监测模型,通过查阅干旱指数监测的历史干旱状况,结合地面实测数据分析,形成对区域干旱监测的分级遥感图。针对干旱监测评估中定量服务所面临的困难,文中研究应用大量的社会经济信息,基于GIS的空间分析功能,对干旱影响面积、影响范围以及影响的各类社会经济指标进行了评估,使干旱遥感监测评估研究从定性到定量和精细化,丰富了干旱监测评估研究的内容,提高了业务服务质量。在上述研究的基础上,使用计算机编程技术,建立了基于空间信息的干旱监测评估系统,并以2010年6月份内蒙古干旱监测为例,进行了干旱等级划分及监测评估分析,取得了可观的应用效益。
Based on the comprehensive use of remote sensing information and ground observation data, a model of remote sensing monitoring in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region has been established. By referring to the historical drought conditions monitored by drought index and combining with the data of ground survey, a hierarchical remote sensing map of regional drought monitoring has been established. In view of the difficulties of quantitative service in drought monitoring and evaluation, this paper studies the application of a large amount of socio-economic information and the spatial analysis function based on GIS to evaluate the various social and economic indicators of the affected area, affected area and impact of drought, The research of monitoring and evaluation, from qualitative to quantitative and refinement, has enriched the content of the research on drought monitoring and evaluation and improved the service quality of business. On the basis of the above research, using computer programming technology, a drought monitoring and evaluation system based on spatial information was established. Taking drought monitoring in Inner Mongolia as an example in June 2010, drought classification and monitoring assessment were conducted and considerable application was achieved benefit.
