研究了稀土铈含量(质量分数)为0、0.05%、0.15%、0.25%的Cu-Al-Ni-Fe-Mn铝青铜的组织变化,并采用M-2000型磨损试验机进行了对比试验。结果表明,适量加入稀土铈能有效地细化显微组织,提高合金的强度、延展性和耐磨性,在Cu-Al-Ni-Fe-Mn合金中添加0.15%稀土铈时,铝青铜晶粒细小、圆润,分布均匀,无论是在油润滑条件还是干摩擦条件下材料耐磨性均达到最好;当稀土铈添加量达到0.25%时,角块状、细片状组织增加,晶界粗化,铝青铜耐磨性呈下降趋势。
The microstructure changes of Cu-Al-Ni-Fe-Mn aluminum bronze with 0, 0.05%, 0.15% and 0.25% cerium content (mass fraction) were studied and compared with M-2000 wear tester. The results show that proper addition of rare earth cerium can effectively refine the microstructure and improve the strength, ductility and wear resistance of the alloy. When 0.15% rare earth cerium is added to the Cu-Al-Ni-Fe-Mn alloy, the aluminum bronze crystal The grain size is small, round, and evenly distributed. The wear resistance of the material reaches the best under either oil-lubricated condition or dry-friction condition. When the content of rare earth cerium reaches 0.25% Roughening, aluminum bronze wear resistance is declining.
