对工业生产用的热处理炉有效加热区进行了检定,发现在回火过程中炉膛内存在明显的温度差,炉膛底部温度明显偏低是造成P92钢管回火后硬度不合格的主要原因。在控温精确的小加热炉对P92钢进行了不同温度的回火试验,发现回火温度过低使马氏体板条未完全回火,亚结构未发生细化,因而其韧性较差,强度和硬度很高。随着回火温度的升高,亚结构细化,大量的强化物析出。过高的回火温度使马氏体板条由相互交错逐渐向与板条方向成同一方向转变,板条结构发生明显的回复,且析出相的强化作用下降,因而强度下降非常明显,韧性明显升高。 The effective heating zone of the heat treatment furnace for industrial production was tested.
