在吃“大锅饭”的年代,大家都差不多的工资像秃子头上的虱子——明摆在工资表上,几乎无人问津。但随着外资、合资、民营等多种经济成份的出现,薪金不仅从差距上拉大了,还被许多外企、民企划为禁区:薪金保密,不许打听、外传。据说是为了防止员工们因相互攀比而影响工作积极性。 但是,在人才流动中如果有一份全面准确的行业薪资水平调查报告,企业可以据此衡量在同行业中的薪资水平,进而为人才策略和成本核算提供参考;打工者可据此判断目前薪水是否合理,再择业时心中有数。
