《中华人民共和国食品安全法》及相关配套法规颁布实施后,执法部门依照法律法规,通过日常巡查、专项整治、飞行检查、错时监管等一系列措施,加大对餐饮服务领域食品安全的监管力度,提高和促进餐饮业的食品安全。本文通过对2009年6月1日至2012年6月1日期间883例餐饮服务行政处罚案件的统计,全面分析辖区内餐饮领域食品安全监管现状,从系统、科学和全面的角度,提出加强食品安全监管的对策,为食品监管机构提高执法效能提供依据。
