双语教师教学能力是决定双语教育质量的关键因素,构建高校双语教师教学能力维度,将有利于双语教师专业化发展、提高双语教学效果。从我国双语教学目标入手,在建构主义学习理念的指导下,高校双语教师教学能力可分为七个维度:教师作为双语知识先行者、双语教学过程设计者、双语课堂学习过程促动者、双语课后学习协助者、双语学习效果评价者、双语教学有效性研究者和终身学习者的能力。
Bilingual teacher teaching ability is the key factor that determines the quality of bilingual education. Constructing the bilingual teaching ability of college teachers will be conducive to the professional development of bilingual teachers and improve the bilingual teaching effectiveness. Starting from the goal of bilingual education in our country and under the guidance of constructivism, the teaching ability of bilingual teachers in colleges and universities can be divided into seven dimensions: the teacher as the forerunner of bilingual knowledge, the designer of bilingual teaching process, the promoter of bilingual classroom learning process, Post-study facilitators, bilingual learning effectiveness reviewers, bilingual teaching effectiveness researchers and lifelong learners.
