Cullin7(Cul7)作为核心支架蛋白与ROC1、Skp1和Fbxw8一起构成SCF(Skp1-Cullin-F-box)E3泛素连接酶复合物。Cul7是对人和小鼠生长发育具有重要调控作用的基因。Cul7对细胞转化、p53活性调节、细胞衰老以及细胞凋亡的调控作用,说明其具有癌基因的特征。Cul7在乳腺癌、肺癌、肝细胞癌、胰腺癌、卵巢癌等多种恶性肿瘤中高表达,通过参与细胞转化和抑制细胞凋亡等机制促进肿瘤的发生发展。
Cullin7 (Cul7) as the core scaffold protein together with ROC1, Skp1 and Fbxw8 constitute SCF (Skp1-Cullin-F-box) E3 ubiquitin ligase complex. Cul7 is a gene that plays an important regulatory role in human and mouse growth and development. Cul7 on cell transformation, p53 activity regulation, cell aging and apoptosis regulation, indicating that it has oncogene features. Cul7 is highly expressed in many malignant tumors such as breast cancer, lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer and ovarian cancer. Cul7 promotes tumorigenesis by participating in cell transformation and inhibiting apoptosis.
