凡是发生在矿山地下或地面而威胁到井下安全生产,造成损失的非控制性燃烧均称为矿山火灾。矿山火灾的发生具有严重的危害性,可能会造成人员伤亡、矿井生产持续紧张、巨大的经济损失、严重的环境污染等。
Any non-controlled combustion that occurs underground or on the ground threatening underground safe production and causing losses is called a mine fire. Mine fires have serious dangers, which may cause casualties, continued tight mine production, huge economic losses and serious environmental pollution.
