目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对受损伤的周围神经功能恢复的影响。方法以钳夹损伤左侧坐骨神经大鼠为模型,治疗组肌肉注射bFGF,对照组注射等渗盐水,隔日1次。术后2,3,4周分别对治疗组和对照组损伤侧及健侧坐骨神经、腓肠肌进行功能检测,以健恻为100%,求出损伤侧各指标的恢复率。结果与对照组相比,治疗组受损神经动作电位幅值的恢复率增大(P<0.05);传导速度恢复加快(P<0.01);腓肠肌诱发电位幅值恢复率上升(P<0.05);腓肠肌单收缩力和强直收缩力的恢复率也明显增强(P<0.05和P<0.01)。结论bFGF能明显促进损伤后外周神经功能恢复。
Objective To investigate the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on the recovery of injured peripheral nerves. Methods The left sciatic nerve rats were used as the model. The bFGF was intramuscularly injected in the treatment group, and the control group was given isotonic saline once a day. At 2, 3, and 4 weeks after operation, the injured and contralateral sciatic nerve and gastrocnemius muscle were tested for function respectively, and the recovery rate of each index was calculated with 100% of healthy subjects. Results Compared with the control group, the recovery rate of the amplitude of injured nerve action potential increased (P <0.05), the conduction velocity recovered faster (P <0.01), and the recovery rate of gastrocnemius evoked potential amplitude increased P <0.05). The recovery rates of unilateral systolic and tonic contractile force of gastrocnemius muscle were also significantly increased (P <0.05 and P <0.01). Conclusion bFGF can significantly promote the recovery of peripheral nerve function after injury.
