BMD线是第二汽车制造厂1969年从德国进口的一条高压造型自动线。通过二十多年的生产实践,发现许多设计不合理的地方。该线为全自动液压传动,近年来由于许多部位漏油严重而使设备开动率下降,两台主机的压头砂斗同步油缸在这方面尤为突出,以致成为车间提高生产率的一大障碍。仅据1989年12月份的统计,四个油缸漏油达3000kg,月总停工218.95台时,而两主机行进缸停工35.55小时,占总停工的16.24%。其主要原因如下:
BMD line is the second automobile factory imported from Germany in 1969 a high-pressure modeling automatic line. After more than 20 years of production practice, we found that many design unreasonable place. The line is fully automatic hydraulic transmission. In recent years, the start-up rate of equipment dropped due to the serious oil spill in many parts. In particular, the head cylinder of the two main engines is particularly prominent in this respect, which has become a major obstacle to increase the productivity of the workshop. According to the statistics of December 1989 alone, the oil leakage of the four oil cylinders reached 3000kg and the monthly total stoppage was 218.95 units, while the two main engines went on off 35.55 hours in the cylinder, accounting for 16.24% of the total stoppage.
