以湘南学院护理学专业2005级一、二班学生为研究对象，分别采用“学导式”教学法和“讲授式”教学法，对《生物化学》中“生物氧化”和“氨基酸代谢”两章进行教学，并测验各班学习成绩，结果表明两种教学法分别取得了不同的教学效果说明每种教学法都不是万能的，而是各有所长。
