目的:对比非线性与板块周期力量训练模式对青少年羽毛球运动员的作用效果。方法:选取12名市级体育运动学校青少年羽毛球运动员,分为非线性组和板块组,设计为期9周的实验,实验期内进行4次测试,评价受试者的多项力量特征。结果:非线性组的力量绩效稍高,但与板块组不存在显著性差异。非线性组的训练负荷量和强度普遍高于板块组,且实验前期效率值较高,但后期低于板块组。结论:非线性与板块周期力量训练模式均可显著性提高青少年运动的力量水平,非线性训练模式增长幅度更大。非线性周期力量训练模式负荷量和负荷强度较大,可产生更多训练刺激,板块周期力量训练模式采用大、小训练量日安排,更适合青少年运动员的发展需要。
Objective: To compare the effect of non-linear and plate-cycle strength training mode on young badminton athletes. Methods: Twelve junior badminton athletes were selected and divided into non-linear group and plate group. The experiment was designed for 9 weeks. Four tests were conducted during the experimental period to evaluate the strength characteristics of the subjects. Results: The performance of the non-linear group is slightly higher, but there is no significant difference with the plate group. The training load and strength of the non-linear group were generally higher than that of the plate group, and the efficiency value of the pre-experiment was higher but lower than that of the plate group. Conclusion: Both non-linear and plate-cycle strength training modes can significantly improve the strength of adolescent exercise, and the non-linear training mode has a greater growth rate. Non-linear periodic strength training mode load and load intensity is larger, can produce more training stimulation, section cycle strength training mode with large and small training daily arrangements, more suitable for the development of young athletes.
