可诱导共刺激分子 (ICOS)和可诱导共刺激分子配体 (ICOSL)分别是CD2 8家族与B7家族的新成员。ICOS ICOSL共刺激信号对细胞免疫和体液免疫起调节作用。ICOS ICOSL共刺激通路可以增强CD2 8/B7 1/B7 2的共刺激信号的效应功能 ,诱导Th1和Th2细胞因子的产生 ,并在T细胞依赖的B细胞的活化中起重要作用。调控ICOS ICOSL共刺激通路可望成为多种疾病免疫治疗的一种新途径。
Inducible costimulatory molecules (ICOSs) and inducible costimulatory ligands (ICOSLs) are new members of the CD2 8 and B7 families, respectively. ICOS ICOSL Costimulatory Signals Modulate Cellular and Humoral Immunity. The ICOS ICOSL costimulatory pathway enhances the effector function of CD2 8 / B7 1 / B7 2 co-stimulatory signals and induces the production of Th1 and Th2 cytokines and plays an important role in the activation of T cell-dependent B cells. Regulating ICOS ICOSL costimulatory pathway is expected to become a new approach to immunotherapy of many diseases.
