目的:通过基层卫生队伍变化的调查,分析10年来浙中地区农村基层卫生队伍建设取得的成绩和存在的问题,提出进一步完善卫生人才队伍建设的措施。方法:采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法,对浙中地区128个乡镇卫生院的注册基层医生进行调查;同时调取2002年、2005年、2008年、2010年及2012年共5个时段相同区域的同类数据进行对比分析。结果:10年来乡镇卫生院卫生人员数量逐渐增加,学历层次明显提高,职称结构得到改善;但卫生队伍年龄结构有老化趋势,对工作的满意度不高。结论:建议提高基层医生的地位和待遇,改善工作环境和工作条件,加快适应基层卫生工作的人才队伍培养。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the achievements and existing problems in the construction of rural grass-roots health teams in central and eastern Zhejiang during the past 10 years through the investigation of the changes of grass-roots health teams and to put forward the measures to further improve the construction of health personnel teams. Methods: A total of 128 township clinics in the central part of Zhejiang Province were surveyed by adopting a multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. At the same time, 5 grass-roots physicians were recruited in 2002, 2005, 2008, 2010 and 2012 The same area of the same type of data for comparative analysis. Results: In the past 10 years, the number of health workers in township health centers has been gradually increased, the educational level has been obviously improved, and the structure of professional titles has been improved. However, the age structure of health workers has an aging trend and the job satisfaction is not high. Conclusion: It is suggested to improve the status and treatment of primary physicians, improve the working environment and working conditions, and speed up the training of qualified personnel to adapt to primary health work.
