在天然气净化过程的分析中,广泛采用各种型号的色谱仪作为组份分析仪器。常用的色谱仪中很多都不带程序升温控制部份(以下简称控温器),而某些带有的也往往由于线路复杂而且防腐性能差,在一些缺乏维修力量的单位不能正常连续使用。因而限制了色谱仪对组份沸程较宽(如 C_2—C_(12))的样品进行分析。下面介绍两种自装的经过试用证明性能良好的机械控温器。
In the analysis of natural gas purification processes, various types of chromatographs are widely used as component analytical instruments. Many of the commonly used chromatographs do not have a program temperature control part (hereinafter referred to as temperature controller), and some of them are often complicated and have poor anticorrosive properties, and can not be normally used continuously in some units lacking in maintenance power. Thus limiting the chromatographic analysis of samples with broad component boiling ranges such as C_2-C_ (12). Here are two self-installed trial proved good mechanical thermostat.
