实验观察合不同浓度氯化钾的高渗氯化钠溶液复苏出血性休克犬对血清K+的影响。结果表明,含低浓度氯化钾的7.5%氯化钠浪静注后,血K+一过性增高,然后逐渐降低,至注射后30分钟时血K+与注射前水平相等。静脉注射合1.5%氯化钾的高渗氯化钠溶液后,观察期内各血K+测定值均显著高于注射前值。7.5%氯化钠溶液能有效地逆转出血性休克。结果提示,较低浓度的氯化钾溶液不足以预防静注高渗氯化钠所致低钾血症,应在严密测血K+基础上,静脉滴注氯化钾溶液以维持血K+在正常水平。
Experimental study of different concentrations of potassium chloride hypertonic sodium chloride solution hemorrhagic shock in dogs with serum K +. The results showed that 7.5% sodium chloride with a low concentration of potassium chloride instillation, blood K + transiently increased, and then gradually decreased to 30 minutes after injection of blood K + and pre-injection levels are equal. Intravenous injection of 1.5% potassium chloride hypertonic sodium chloride solution, the observation period K + values ?? were significantly higher than the value before injection. 7.5% sodium chloride solution can effectively reverse hemorrhagic shock. The results suggest that the lower concentration of potassium chloride solution is not enough to prevent hypoglycemic hypoglycemia caused by intravenous hypertonic sodium chloride should be based on close measurement of blood K +, intravenous infusion of potassium chloride solution to maintain blood K + in normal Level.
