云南省河口瑶族自治县是一个以瑶族为主立体兼有苗、壮、彝、傣、布依等多民族聚居的地区。50年代少数民族人口占82.3%。现在少数民族人口占60.9%。居住在河口县的布依族,根据家谱和古墓记载,是清乾隆五十九年至嘉庆三年(1794—1798)由贵州省迁入的(迁徙原因与王囊仙的起义有关),先是迁到云南省开化府平厅逢春里(今文山州马关县杨茂松),道光年间才迁往河口
Hekou Yao Autonomous County of Yunnan Province is a Yao-based three-dimensional Miao, Zhuang, Yi, Dai, Buyi and other multi-ethnic areas.
