当融合的字眼频繁出现在报端、当客户的需求不再仅仅是通话、当业务增长放缓,“转型”则成为必然。作为地市级基础运营商的中国电信青海西宁分公司最先感受到市场的压力,因而在落实集团公司转型战略上,决心更大、步伐更快。西宁分公司早在2005年,就积极筹备转型。4年来,分公司在传统业务日益萎缩、竞争压力不断增大的情况下,实施精确管理,优化资源配置,探索出了一条以转型促发展的新路子,开创了企业发展的新局面。
When the convergence of the words frequently appear in the newspaper, when the customer’s demand is no longer just a call, when business growth slows, “transition ” has become inevitable. As a market-based operator, China Telecom Qinghai Xining Branch first felt the pressure of the market. Therefore, it is more determined and faster to implement the Group’s transformation strategy. As early as in 2005, Xining Branch actively prepared for the transition. In the past four years, as traditional businesses have been shrinking and competition pressures have been steadily shrinking, branch offices have implemented precise management and optimized resource allocation.
