为了RFID通信模块设计需要,研究常用防护器件瞬态抑制二极管(TVS)的电磁脉冲防护能力。选取三种常用的TVS器件,在静电电磁脉冲和方波脉冲试验条件下,进行电磁脉冲响应规律的测试研究。测试结果表明,一般类型的TVS器件的响应时间普遍高于1ns,脉冲上升沿1ns内的能量就无法被TVS器件在第一时间内吸收,会影响或损伤被防护的电子设备,甚至TVS防护器件。综合钳位电压值和钳位时间,其中一种TVS器件在测试电压300V以内的防护性能可满足模块的防护要求。而另外两种TVS器件对于快上升沿电磁脉冲的防护性能较差,在此环境下无法达到电磁脉冲防护要求,但在其它工作条件下可参考它们的特性数据进行选择应用。
In order to RFID communication module design needs, the protection of the commonly used protective devices transient suppression diode (TVS) electromagnetic pulse protection. Three commonly used TVS devices were selected to study the electromagnetic pulse response law under the conditions of electrostatic electromagnetic pulse and square wave pulse test. The test results show that the TVS devices of general types have a response time generally higher than 1 ns and the energy within 1 ns of the rising edge of the pulse can not be absorbed by the TVS device for the first time and will affect or damage the protected electronic devices and even the TVS protection device . Combining the clamp voltage value with the clamp time, one of the TVS devices meets the protection requirements of the module at a test voltage of 300V. The other two TVS devices for fast rising edge of the electromagnetic pulse protection performance is poor, in this environment can not meet the electromagnetic pulse protection requirements, but in other operating conditions can refer to their characteristic data to select applications.
