软骨细胞瘤不常见，多发生于股骨或肱骨近端。股骨头、颈部的肿瘤常规治疗方法是采用损伤较大的关节切开股骨颈部开窗植骨。Ｓｔｅｐｈｅｎ采用经皮关节外借助关节镜刮除肿瘤后植骨的新方法治疗３例股骨头软骨细胞瘤获得成功。平均随访２５个月，３例股骨头肿瘤均已痊愈而无相?
Chondroblastoma is uncommon and occurs most often in the proximal femur or humerus.
