1 治疗顽固性呃逆 用氯丙嗪25mg口服,tid,1 d后改为bid,5 d 1疗程治疗43例,治愈率为88.4%,有效率97.7%.同时治疗原发病.2 治疗前列腺增生症引起的急性尿潴留和排尿困难肌注氯丙嗪50mg,然后每晚睡前服25mg,长期维持,治疗20例,有效率100%.3 治疗偏头痛 19例肌注氯丙嗪1mg·kg~(-1),1 h后症状基本缓解和完全缓解,疗效明显高于对照组.氯丙嗪治疗偏头痛是迅速安全有效的.4 治疗心肺疾病咯血 氯丙嗪10mg肌注4～6 h 1次,必要时增到15mg,治疗支气管扩张5例,肺结核咯血2例,当天咯血量显著减少,3～9d停止.另治心脏病咯血者8例,取得显著效果.5 治疗胆道蛔虫症 复方氯丙嗪2mg(氯丙嗪25mg,异丙嗪25mg)加入5%GS250ml静滴,qd,可连用2～3d
