为了适应大型矿山不断增长的充填采矿生产能力,开发大容量充填系统十分重要。针对金川矿山棒磨砂骨料,研制了150~180 m3/h大容量搅拌设备,并为此开展搅拌设备的单体试验和工业充填试验。工业试验结果表明,搅拌转矩随着搅拌速度呈线性变化,而搅拌功率与搅拌速度为平方关系;且在相同搅拌浓度条件下,连续搅拌功率准数随搅拌速度的增大而减小。大容量搅拌设备充填料浆管道阻力损失为2.4 k Pa/m,满足了高浓度料浆管道输送要求,同时充填试块强度也满足矿山安全生产要求。由此可见,大容量搅拌设备不仅达到搅拌设计能力,而且搅拌质量可以满足矿山安全采矿要求。
In order to adapt to the growing mining and filling capacity of large mines, it is important to develop high-capacity filling systems. In view of Jinchuan Mine Rod Frosted Aggregate, a large capacity 150 ~ 180 m3 / h mixing equipment was developed, and single-unit and industrial filling of the mixing equipment were carried out. The results of industrial tests show that the stirring torque varies linearly with the stirring speed, while the mixing power and the stirring speed are squarely related. With the same stirring concentration, the continuous power standard decreases with the stirring speed increasing.
