[目的]探讨乳腺癌患者血浆miR-127-3P表达及其临床意义。[方法]采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测60例乳腺癌患者癌及癌旁组织miR-127-3P的表达,并进一步检测60例乳腺癌患者和20名正常志愿者血浆miR-127-3P的表达。[结果]miR-127-3P在乳腺癌患者治疗前血浆中的表达(8.15±1.10)高于正常人血浆(3.85±0.54)(P<0.05)。miR-127-3P在乳腺癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。治疗前血浆中miR-127-3P表达与癌组织miR-127-3P表达呈正相关(r=0.812,P=0.000);治疗前血浆中miR-127-3P表达与CA153表达呈正相关(r=0.786,P=0.000)。[结论 ]miR-127-3P在乳腺癌患者血浆中表达水平明显上调,其表达能够反映癌组织中miR-127-3P的表达水平,乳腺癌患者血浆中miR-127-3P能成为乳腺癌筛查的一个潜在指标。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of plasma miR-127-3P in breast cancer patients and its clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of miR-127-3P in 60 cases of breast cancer and its adjacent tissues was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and the expression of miR-127-3P in 60 cases of breast cancer and 20 normal volunteers . [Results] The expression of miR-127-3P in the plasma of patients with breast cancer was 8.15 ± 1.10 higher than that of normal people (3.85 ± 0.54) (P <0.05). The expression of miR-127-3P in breast cancer tissues was higher than that in paracancerous tissues (P <0.05). The plasma level of miR-127-3P before treatment was positively correlated with the expression of miR-127-3P (r = 0.812, P = 0.000). The plasma level of miR-127-3P before treatment was positively correlated with CA153 (r = 0.786 , P = 0.000). [Conclusion] The expression of miR-127-3P in the plasma of breast cancer patients was significantly up-regulated. The expression of miR-127-3P reflected the expression of miR-127-3P in the cancer tissues. The miR-127-3P in the plasma of breast cancer patients could become a breast cancer screen A potential indicator of investigation.
