目的探讨脑出血量与血清超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平的关系。方法 100例急性高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据头颅CT测量脑出血量,依据出血量分为大量脑出血(>30mL)、中量脑出血(15~30mL)、少量脑出血(<15mL)。在患者做完CT检查后确诊为脑出血,于CT检查后1小时内抽肘静脉血3mL送检测定血清Hs-CRP的含量。数据采用SPSS 12.0统计软件,进行Spearman等级相关进行相关分析。结果大量脑出血组Hs-CRP水平>中量脑出血组>少量脑出血组。结论 Hs-CRP水平增高的程度与CT测量的脑出血量呈正相关,Hs-CRP是评估脑出血病情的重要参考指标之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between the amount of cerebral hemorrhage and the level of serum high sensitive C-reactive protein (Hs-CRP). Methods One hundred patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were enrolled in this study. The amount of cerebral hemorrhage was measured according to cranial computed tomography (CT). According to the amount of hemorrhage, there were a large number of intracerebral hemorrhage (> 30mL), middle cerebral hemorrhage (15-30mL) ). CT scan done in patients after the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage, within 1 hour after CT examination elbow venous blood 3mL sent for determination of serum Hs-CRP levels. The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 statistical software for Spearman rank correlation. Results Hs-CRP levels in a large number of cerebral hemorrhage group> moderate cerebral hemorrhage group> a small amount of intracerebral hemorrhage group. Conclusion The level of Hs-CRP is positively correlated with the amount of cerebral hemorrhage measured by CT. Hs-CRP is one of the important reference indexes for evaluating the status of cerebral hemorrhage.
