研究了一种性能良好的复合固体推进剂含能粘合剂———侧链含硝基氮杂基团的新型端羟基聚醚单体的合成和聚合。设计了单体2甲硝胺基乙基缩水甘油醚(NGE)的合成路线,建立了NGE的合成方法,取得纯度达98%以上,单体产率达70%的结果。用多种方法表征了NGE的组成、结构并测定了它的物化性质。同时简述了NGE的端羟基均聚醚(NPEA)和它与四氢呋喃共聚醚(NPEB)的合成和表征
The synthesis and polymerization of a new type of hydroxyl-terminated polyether monomer with side-chain nitro-nitrogen-containing groups were studied with a good performance composite solid propellant energy-containing binder. The synthetic route of monomer 2nitroaminoethyl glycidyl ether (NGE) was designed and the method of NGE synthesis was established. The results showed that the purity of NGE reached over 98% and the monomer yield reached 70%. A variety of methods were used to characterize the composition and structure of NGE and to determine its physico-chemical properties.
