超薄磨耗层(Novachip)技术以其具有优越的抗滑性能,力学稳定性与抗剪能力,施工迅速且快捷等优点,已被应用于国内公路路面养护维修、升级改造中,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。但该技术实施前需保证下承层具有良好的承载力,如何在施工现场根据实际情况灵活调整实施方案,是一个需要认真研究和处理的问题。本文通过甘肃省兰州市至中川机场高速公路路面技术改造工程中应用Novachip的前期应用总结,重点对其下承层的病害处理方案、施工工艺和施工质量控制等方面做了一定的探讨和应用性研究。
