Objective To analyze and study the clinical observation of Guipi Decoction combined with diazepam in the treatment of insomnia with deficiency of both the heart and spleen and the corresponding clinical effects. Methods 100 cases of insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency were divided into observation group and control group according to the random sampling principle, each 50 cases. The control group was treated with diazepam, and the observation group was treated with Guipi Decoction combined with diazepam. The quality of sleep and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The sleep quality score of the control group was (4.21 ± 2.34) points, and the observation group was (9.45 ± 3.21) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse events in the control group was 42.0% (21/50) and in the observation group 4.0% (2/50). In the control group, the overall effective rate was 76.5% in the observation group and 95.0% in the observation group. In the control group, 21 patients showed mild dizziness, cerebral palsy and diarrhea. Serious patients also experienced nausea and vomiting. In the observation group, 2 Cases of adverse reactions occurred; the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Guipi Decoction combined with diazepam in the treatment of cardiopulmonary and spleen deficiency insomnia clinical effect is relatively obvious, and can better improve the quality of sleep in patients and reduce the incidence of adverse events, it is worthy of widespread use and promotion.
