自1985~1988年,采集三个地区西瓜枯萎病田内发病程度不同的病株567株,经分离、接种、再分离,确定为西瓜枯萎病致病菌后,经单孢分离,选取30个单孢菌系,用其培养滤液浸苗,以其不同致萎程度,区分病菌毒力的强弱。用盆栽土壤接种作生物测定对比,验证毒素滤液浸苗的效果。试验表明:由毒素滤液浸苗法划分的致病力强、中、弱三种类型,与盆栽土壤接种法结果近似,证明可以利用病菌毒素滤液浸苗法,作为病菌毒力测定方法之一。
From 1985 to 1988, 567 diseased strains of watermelon fusarium wilt were collected in three areas. After isolation, inoculation and re-isolation, the pathogenic bacteria of watermelon fusarium wilt were identified. Spore strains, with its culture filtrate immersed seedlings, its different degree of wilt, distinguish between the virulence of bacteria. Inoculation with potted soil for bioassay to verify the effect of toxin filtrate leaching seedlings. The results showed that the pathogenicity, medium and weak pathogenicity divided by the toxin leachate method were similar to the inoculation method of potted soil, which proved that the pathogenic bacteria could be used as one of the methods to determine the virulence of pathogenic bacteria.
