医院后勤改革是一个复杂的系统工程,它所包含的内容相当广泛。其目的是在后勤的人事、财务、物资等各方面建立起一套全新的管理理念、体制和运作机制,从而使医院后勤能够满足病员、医院和医务工作者等社会不同层次的需求[1]。为此,在医院后勤改革深化的同时建立起一套全新的文化体系十分必要,医院后勤文化建设将贯穿于医院后勤改革的全过程并不断完善和发展。
Hospital logistics reform is a complex system engineering, which contains a wide range of content. Its purpose is to establish a new set of management concepts, systems and operational mechanisms in logistics personnel, finance, materials and other aspects, so that hospital logistics can meet the needs of different levels of society such as patients, hospitals and medical workers [1] . Therefore, it is necessary to establish a brand-new cultural system while deepening the logistics reform in the hospital. The construction of hospital logistics culture will be perfected and developed throughout the hospital logistics reform.
