从激光淬火中激光辐照下工件表面各点散热的非均匀性出发,提出将人射激光高斯波面变换为与散热非均匀性相匹配的二次抛物型波面的原理,并据此设计了二元光学波面整形器。改进了Y-G算法,计算出实现这种变换的整形器的位相函数。计算结果表明:其衍射效率为98.61%,最大相对偏差为0.18%。
Starting from the nonuniformity of heat dissipation at each point of the workpiece surface under laser irradiation in laser quenching, the principle of transforming the human laser-emitting Gaussian wave surface into the second-order parabolic wave surface matching the heat dissipation heterogeneity is proposed Binary optical wave shaper.
