文章通过对ICP-AES法测定矿石中金的整个实验过程进行分析,对其测量不确定度进行了研究。阐述了测定过程中各不确定度的主要来源,并对各不确定度分量进行了评定与合成,得出了合成标准不确定度、扩展不确定度及一个样品的置信区间。
Through the analysis of the whole process of ICP-AES determination of gold in ore, the uncertainty of measurement was studied. The main sources of the uncertainties in the determination process are described. The components of the uncertainties are evaluated and synthesized. The uncertainty of the composite standard, the uncertainty of expansion and the confidence interval of a sample are obtained.
