根据对高速切削加工计算机数控控制精度和控制速度的影响,分析了直线插补与样条插补方法的优缺点。介绍了高速数控系统的速度预控制、通过多轴变换和坐标变换实现刀具补偿、误差补偿、劳动安全保护等其它功能。
According to the influence of NC numerical control accuracy and control speed of high speed machining, the advantages and disadvantages of linear interpolation and spline interpolation are analyzed. The speed pre-control of high-speed CNC system is introduced, and other functions such as tool compensation, error compensation and labor safety protection are realized by multi-axis transformation and coordinate transformation.
